Inspired by a close family member who is deaf, Michael took the initiative to begin learning American Sign Language (ASL), allowing him to better serve the deaf and hard of hearing community. His mission is to ensure every client—regardless of hearing ability, or language—feels informed, empowered, and understood throughout the entire real estate journey.
